How Much Onda CBD Should You Take?

Dosage Guide and Reference

First and foremost, the important aspects to consider when first starting with Onda Whole Hemp™ CBD are as follows:

  • Start low, go slow
  • Dosage is personal
  • Listen to and trust your body

With any plant medicine finding your ideal dosage is a process of exploration. We always recommend starting low and working your way up to a dosage that offers the desired effects. For many of our customers, this beginning dosage can look somewhere between 10-25mg CBD. Because Onda oil contains more naturally occurring nutrients than products extracted using CO2, alcohol, and other solvents, it is essential to remember that the synergistic effect of this array of active compounds has a higher potency than average products. These naturally occurring nutrients are the cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, chlorophyll, fatty acids, and so on. Do note that each of these compounds contains health benefits and physiological effects on their own.

Onda’s Dosing Guide*:

  • 10-25mg tends to be suitable for daytime and/or stress management
  • 25-50mg tends to be suitable for the afternoon and/or soreness and inflammation
  • 50mg+ tends to be suitable for evenings, can have more of a sedative effect

*Every person is different; these are estimated dosing ranges based on consumer feedback and general CBD dosing research. See below for more reference. Whenever starting a new herbal supplement or product, consult with your doctor prior to consumption.

Where to Start

When you’re feeling symptoms you’d like to address, start with 10mg of our 150mg or 600mg tincture, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Increase by 5mg as needed for desired effects. Once you determine your baseline, enjoy our capsules and tincture independently or taken in layered doses.

A great place to start with our Onda CBD Starter Kit, that comes with:

1x 150mg tincture bottle
1x 2 pack of 25mg capsules
1x 2pack of 50mg capsules
