Adaptogenic Pumpkin Spiced Latte

Whole Hemp Infusion Adaptogenic Pumpkin Spiced Latte ONDA Wellness

Made with Whole Hemp CBD (great for anxiety, inflammation, and focus), Cordyceps mushrooms (promotes mental clarity, focus, and memory) and coconut/oat milk, this latte will both nourish and alert you, all without the crash from sugary substitutes made in chain coffee shops!

Adaptogenic Pumpkin Spiced Latte
serves 2

4 cinnamon sticks
~ 8 whole cloves
2 cups milk (we like a combo of oat & coconut milk)
2 tablespoons organic pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice (ginger, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg)
1.5 fresh coffee, extra strength
1/8 teaspoon Cordyceps mushroom, powdered 
2 droppers 600 mg Whole Hemp Infusion

  1. In a saucepan, on medium heat, gently roast 2 of the 4 cinnamon sticks and the whole cloves, stir frequently until aromatic
  2. Add in the milk of choice and pumpkin puree, let gently simmer for 5-10 minutes
  3. In a large mason jar or blender, combine the pumpkin mix with coffee, mushroom powder, and Onda tincture. Blend for 3 seconds.
  4. Serve with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice, a cinnamon stick for stirring, and a few drops of Onda tincture. Enjoy!

Immune-Boosting Elderberry CBD Mojito

CBD Mojito ONDA Whole Hemp Infusions CBD

Fight the winter bug with immune-boosting elderberry syrup. Great for children and adults alike, the berries and flowers of elderberry are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that have been shown to boost your immune system. Elderberry can help decrease inflammation, lessen stress, and help protect your heart, as well! Some experts recommend elderberry to help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms. Pair this with our Whole Hemp CBD, and you have a healthy and socially-acceptable mock mojito.

Immune-Boosting Elderberry CBD Mojito
serves 2

2 oz. elderberry syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
6 ripe blackberries
4 large mint leaves, plus more for garnish
Splash of coconut fizzy water
1/2-1 dropper of 600 mg Whole Hemp Infusion

Muddle everything except the sparkling water, then add ice and shake and double strain into a glass without ice, top with sparkling water and garnish with more mint leaves.

CBD-Infused Hazelnut + Chocolate Fudge Energy Bites

These little bites can easily replace any chocolate bars in the house. Full of superfoods high in fiber, antioxidants, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids, these bites will stabilize your blood sugar, elevate your mood by calming your nervous system, promote memory and focus, a.k.a helping you stay in the present moment, and reduce inflammation.

CBD-Infused Hazelnut + Chocolate Fudge Energy Bites
makes 10-12 bites

10 fresh Medjool dates
½ cup hazelnuts
2 heaping tablespoons nut butter of choice (peanut, almond or hazelnut)
1.5 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon Reishi mushroom powder
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 full droppers of 600 mg Whole Hemp Infusion
Finely chopped coconut flakes for coating

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray and place into the oven for 10 minutes, giving them a toss halfway. Should be ready once starting to flake.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. With a kitchen towel, rub them to remove most of the skins.
  3. Place the hazelnuts in a food processor and blitz for 10-20 seconds, or until finely chopped.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients and blitz again for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is sticking together.
  5. Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop and roll into balls. Wet your hands if it gets too sticky.

Eat immediately or keep in a sealed container for 5-7 days!
